Tickets LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ticketprocessingservices.com (the "Site") and provides online ticket sales and marketing services to tourist attractions. By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

"Agreement" means these Terms together with any separate service agreement entered into between Tickets LLC and a Client. "Services" means the online ticket sales, processing, and marketing services made available by Tickets LLC. "Client" means a tourist attraction or other business entity that engages Tickets LLC to provide Services. "Confidential Information" means non-public information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with the Services. "Service Date" means the date on which Services begin under the applicable service agreement.

Tickets LLC provides online ticket sales, processing, and marketing services for tourist attractions, including facilitating ticket purchases by end customers on behalf of attraction Clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are set forth in the applicable service agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or any automated abuse of the Site;
• Make or attempt fraudulent purchases or chargebacks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its security features;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and to provide reasonable cooperation necessary for Tickets LLC to perform the Services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickets LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Client-provided content, Client's breach of these Terms, or Client's violation of any law or third-party right.

Fees for Services are as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Tickets LLC has not provided the agreed fulfillment of Services. Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by law.

The Site and all materials made available through it — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements — are the property of Tickets LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its content without prior written authorization from Tickets LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickets LLC's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Tickets LLC by the Client during the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Tickets LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Tickets LLC shall not be liable for the actions or inactions of third-party platforms or for any outcomes that are beyond its reasonable control.

Tickets LLC may terminate the Agreement upon: (a) non-payment by Client that remains uncured thirty (30) days after written notice; (b) material breach of the Agreement that remains uncured within thirty (30) days after written notice; or (c) Client engaging in unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful practices. Client termination rights are governed by the applicable service agreement.

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
